GENERAL RENTING RULES

Pre-reservation
The pre-reservation must be sent with a deposit of 25 % of the total amount of the rent.
Prices
The prices include :
- the rent of the Chalet apartment, bed linen, towels, water, electricity, TV, telephone (without calls), all taxes except the tourist tax transferred to the town but which has to be paid on the spot when arriving.
- The balance of the total amount (75 %) has to be paid at least 1 month before arrival. If you set the deposit by credit card, it will automatically be charged on due time for the payment of the balance (unless otherwise noted). After this time the residence has the right to cancel the reservation.
Late penalties
Pursuant to Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, late penalties and liquidated damages for recovery costs are due the next day if settlement payment date shown on the invoice. The rate of late penalties is 20%, and the annual amount of the allowance is € 40
Reservation
The reservation is definite when confirmed by our reservation department. Any extra night spent beyond the dates of your stay will be charged according to the pro-rata of the current week (if availibilities).
In case of shortened stay and for any reason, the residence is not due to reimburse the amount of the rent.
Deposit
A refundable deposit between 460€ and 800€ per apartment will be asked on arrival in exchange for the key. This deposit will be given back on departure after deduction if necessary of :
- the cost of broken or missing things.
- the cost of the repairing inside the apartment or inside the residence.
- the cost of the cleaning if the apartment is not tidied up.
Arrival
The guest is held to arrive on the reserved date and has to pay the refundable deposit before entering the apartment.
If the above requirements are not fulfilled the company will be allowed to rent again the apartment within 24 hours.
The apartments stay at your disposal from Saturday 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.
Inventory
The guest will get on arrival a detailed inventory of the equipment inside the apartment.
Any complaint concerning the inventory or the cleaning must be registered to the reception of the residence within 24 hours.
After this period, the inventory will be considered as accepted by the guest.
The company can not be held responsible for any theft inside the apartment or in the ski lockers.
The guest must report any damage occurred inside the apartment during his stay.
The equipment must not be transferred to a different apartment. Any missing or broken object, will be invoiced according to the bill issued by the residence.
Accommodation
The apartments are only made for holidays accommodation. Each apartment is rented for a maximum number of persons. To accommodate more than
this precise number is strictly forbidden. Any extra person will be fined 230 € per week.
Pets
Pets are allowed after acceptance from our services and are charged 50 € per week.
Complaints
Unregistered complaint during the stay will not be taken into account.
Equipment
The apartment is equipped with :
Furniture, linen, sheets, blankets, bath towels and dishes.
Interior rules
For the well being and tranquility of other guests we ask you to respect the interior rules of the accommodation.
Cancellation of accommodation
Any cancellation is charged 46 € per apartment and must be notified by registered letter which will state date of cancellation and the following
charges : (percentage on the price of the rent).
- between 60 and 30 days before arrival : 25 % fees
- between 29 and 15 days before arrival : 50 % fees
- between 14 and 8 days before arrival : 75 % fees
- less than 8 days before arrival : 100 % fees
Cancellation of additional services (other than accommodation)
Balcons reimbursed additional services ordered as long as the cancellation is notified in writing to the Reservation dept more than 7 days before arrival.
- Between 0 and 7 days (inclusive) before arrival: 100% charge
In the case where an issued additional service has not been used or has been partially used, no repayment can be claimed, regardless of the cause.
Contention
Any point of contention will be settled by the law court of LONS LE SAUNIER.
